After 3 months my bracelet got damaged and right away I got in contact with customer service and they help me pretty fast I got a replacement 🩷

I initially had an incorrect item in my order which I also did not receive an inspection video and probably either my email didn’t allow it or it was a glitch but customer service is very kind and also good sales skills and polite and very good and solving the problem I had. Quality of the jewelry though is amazing

I ordered a rose gold Rolex watch and it is better than I expected. Their customer service was top tier when the post office said they delivered the package and I hadn’t received it. I got it today and I am beyond impressed

I have ordered three times from this site. #1 - smooth process, everything came delivered and quickly. However, now that some time has passed I can attest that the pieces are not well crafted at all. I purchased the LV blossom necklace and the BVLGRI diva necklace. Both have tarnished within 2 months with inconsistent wear and special care taken towards them. #2 - HALF the order was lost and never found, I reached out to customer service and they just gave me the run around with no resolution. The other half I had a Cartier inspired bathtub watch and bracelet. Both are not resembling the authentic version at all. The watch is very loose, if you shake it you can hear pieces ratting + there is a very obvious clasp on the side that is definitely not there in the OG. The bracelet does not resemble the OG either, the way the piece closes is inaccurate as well as the spacing detail of the lines. #3 - took my money, did not even ship the order. I had to file a complaint with my bank to get back my money because their customer service did not respond. In essence: poor jewelry quality, obvious inconsistencies with the originals and unreliable follow through of the orders. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE OR THEIR SISTER SITE GORCHIC.

I just made my first order on Oakjuri and the watch I purchased is beautiful. The shipping was quick and the quality of the product is great. I will definitely recommend to friends and purchase again.
