I love the Oakley SI program, and believe they offer great products at an amazing price. However, the past few months have been plagued with sign on issues. I came onto the site about a week ago and tried with multiple browsers to the same result. Every time I would try to change something, or go back a page, it would ask me to sign in. I knew the pair of sunglasses that I wanted, and from my initial login to the site, still took about 7 or 8 additional logins. This was very frustrating.

I ordered a pair of Oakley prescription glasses from OakleySI since their stuff has been pretty good in the past. And it would only take 14 days according to the OakleySI page. I used their website to order my glasses and ran into my first problem. The website kept thinking an APO address was a PO Box. Took multiple emails and having to call customer service to get my order processed. Figured I was good. After it shipped and it didn’t arrive in the normal time frame, I found out my order was sent to the Jersey City USPS processing center which ships stuff to Europe by BOAT! When contacted customer service (again) they told me to expect 45 days for it to arrive and that since it was already shipped, not their problem to fix and to contact the carrier. So, don’t waste your time or money with these guys.

Oakley Standard Issue is easy to navigate and even easier to purchase thru I’m glad they continue to bring new styles and the ability for first responders to participate in such a great experience with great products

I've been a happy customer of OakleySI for years now and even though I've had some minor issues with either lenses or frames, the customer service is great and they always do what they can to make things right. It's why I keep coming back for the best eye protection.

I own 3 Pairs of the Oakley Shocktube Maritime sunglasses and i have never had a pair of sunglasses that check all blocks...if yur boating, working outside, going to the gun range, hunting whatever these sunglasses are bad to the bone and tough!!!
