Best after sales service. Bought a scanner and want to replace it with bigger model. Thanks to Jennifer, helped me in my exchange process.

Very satisfied with their products and excellent customer service, highly recommend!

J'ai acheté une mise à jour Autel un dimanche après-midi. Une heure plus tard, je recevais le code d'activation Total Care et je pouvais mettre à jour ma MP808 qui avait quelques années de retard. Merci à l'équipe pour la réactivité !

After exchanging a few emails, I ordered a Autel Robotics EVO Lite 640T Enterprise. I received it 48h later, nicely wrapped, the way it is supposed to be. I will use it this weekend, I am very happy about it! and will do business again with them!! Lucy was very professional and great! Thank you!

tres bon service

Good price exelent time

They shipped quickly but the carrier (UPS) fumbled the delivery. It's happens. OBDPRICE sent another one quickly. Thank you for that. My car's check engine light is ANNOYING to look at. I tripped the airbag light while dismantling my steering wheel to replace audio buttons. This scanner took care of that for me. It has already paid for itself in its first use. Anyways, I wouldn't hesitate to order from this site again. Thanks for reading. Hope you find it helpful. Ryan
