They are a quick and reliable business
They are a quick and reliable business. I sold an iPad within 10 days: from first message requesting a quote to receiving the check in the mail. And it would have been quicker if I had posted the iPad earlier, but it took me a few days to do it. They responded every message I sent within minutes and I received a good offer for the equipment too. I highly recommend OCBuyBack.

Pulled a 'bait and switch' on purchase…
Pulled a 'bait and switch' on purchase of a used iPhone. Offered one price, then sent a note on '...battery life lower than expected', and offered 40% less.

Hello Charles, We are sorry you feel we pulled a bait and switch. Looking back at your order, it looks like we sent a re-quoted price due to a poor battery on the iPhone 5s. The iPhone battery health was at 59%. This would require us to change the battery before we can resell the device to someone else. When an iPhone comes in with a diminished battery we have to adjust the price by $20-$30 depending on the device. You accepted the re-quote, which was $20 lower than the original quote. You also had the option to have the device sent back to you at our cost if you were not satisfied with the price. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us. -Henry at OCBuyBack

OCBuyback gave me the highest payout for my iPhone 7 over other sites. The process was quick and easy, plus with the PayPal option I had the money in my account within a few days of mailing the phone in. Will definitely use them again!

Customer Service amazing
Customer Service amazing! I had a few questions about my transaction so I emailed them. I heard back within 30 minutes and the representative was very friendly and prompt with responses. The process was super easy and i received a check within 2 weeks.
