Didn't understand or incorporate basic design requests (e.g. the difference between serif and sans-serif fonts.) Didn't follow up on time (with 24 hour guarantee). Didn't express apology for not responding on time or being late. Didn't follow basic instructions with redesign requests.

Customer service was right on point. Great design work. design team and Brian listen and took into consideration all my ideas and everything i wanted in my design. You can get them on the phone to discuss your requirement, unlike other companies. A one to one service. very accommodating to our changes The only friction was the slight delay. Work was not produced within promised time frame. That said, the finish work exceeded expectations! which made up for the slight delay. I will highly recommend and definitely use again
