I’m seeing a lot of nasty reviews, but I ordered my parts Wednesday 10/8/25, it’s Friday 10/10/25 and every part came in as described, not to mention I had two separate orders that came in together. I have no complaints, and would use them again.

I ordered the parts and they arrived ahead of time and where what they were supposed to be. Everything went great.

I've ordered a bunch of Mazda parts from here on 3 occasions. Shipping was quick enough, everything was in stock as it said and everything was genuine. Every time I look for a part it is cheapest here by far. About to order something now.

My experience with OEM was great. I ordered an alternator, and through no fault of either party the shipment never arrived. There was a note from USPS that the alternator had "Fallen out" of the box which is odd, because the alternator was as big as the box itself. OEM agreed to ship a second alternator out at their expense, and this time used another carrier. The part arrived when they said it would, and we moved forward with the project.
