Very helpful staff when I called to place an order. We were new to your company, and I appreciated the ease it was to place an order with your staff.

I tried to buy the correct parts for my pressure washer but I ordered the wrong thing. So, I decided to call and talk to someone about the parts I needed. That was the best thing I could have done! I called. The guy who answered knew exactly what was wrong and he helped me get the right parts ordered. Then, to my surprise, he said, "Now you're going to want to return those other parts, right?" Wow! He didn't wait for me to ask. He just went ahead and walked me through the return process. Awesome! That's great customer service! I'll be back! For sure!
