They carry my favorite sunglasses that I happen to purchase while vacating in Hawaii. I wanted a spare pair which I ordered but was quite disappointed that the cheapest shipping option was almost just as much as the cost of the sunglasses. They need to broaden their shipping options and change policy in regards to shipping.

In my last shipment, I had 2 dozen which were bad. One was Dxtreme, DXT1330 - the end of the temple comes off. Second one was FS P 5600, lens keeps falling out. These were 2 very nice styles and I liked them, but what do we do about this? Cannot sell them as they are defective. We've had good luck before with your shipments, but these are a disappointment. Dear Stacy, thank you for your comment. None of the styles you mentioned are available from us or were part of your last order from us back in March. We suspect that you may have ordered them from a different supplier. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns and we will be able to address them. Thank you!

I love the choice of sunglasses and the quality and price is good but I am really disappointed with the choice of transport possibilities. We are only given 2 companies and their options and the cost of shipping is unbelievably high, nearly half the cost of my total orders. The last time I opted for the USPS service and paid top dollar thinking I would receive my package just as it says "priority express international". Well I still haven't received it after 9 days... quite frankly, the cost and method of delivery prevents myself and others I know from making more frequent orders from Olympic
Dissapointed
You get what you pay for, but you don't pay for much.

Very cheaply made glasses.

I didn't think the colors were quite the same as pictured, and the glasses are about as light (durable) as you could expect for the price.

Everything about the site is great. I love the presentation and products. But, when my sunglasses arrived, instead of gold frames, they were silver, which is a big disappointment.

I ordered the cat eye frames model # EYED12001 and on the pictures displayed its two colors gold frame with a black lens, & gold frame and brown lens when they came I was very disappointed to see that the blacks lens have a silver frame which is not pictured on website. I also ordered frame model REW3016 & got majority of the same silver frame w/ blue & purplish lens not all of the assorted colors as it displays on the website. Please list more discription of colors offered because clearly the pictures displayed are not correct.
