Everything was easy thru the entire Process from beginning to end. I

I wanted to sell my house fast and for a good price and Offerpad did both those things for me. I had two other cash offer companies come look at my home and Offerpad offered the best price and the repair costs were fair and close to the amounts from the other companies.

From the very first call I made to them, they took great care of us. The offer, their process, everything was great. My husband became very ill in the middle of our sale and they extended our time to accommodate us. They contacted us regularly to check on us and see how he was doing. NO pressure. I would use them anytime I'm buying or selling a house.

Thought the process started off relatively slow with regards to getting inspections done to finalize the comprehensive evaluation. Also it seemed like I had to interact/communicate with multiple Offerpad employees/contractors during the early stages of the process, which I wasn't expecting. Wasn't sure who was responsible for what. Things smoothed out after a couple of weeks and I got more comfortable when my primary interaction was with Jennifer Hunnicut and the Title Company. I guess I assumed that a smoother process would mean a faster process, especially early on. I was okay once I reset my expectations. The effiiciency really became obvious during the final two to three weeks. Cannot overemphasize the value added by Jennifer H. Very professional, understanding, and fair.

Selling our rental property with Offerpad "Cash Offer" was a very easy and hassle free process. We were always kept informed of the next steps to complete our sale in less than 30 days. Fees were slightly higher than traditional realtors charge but, they are clearly stated upfront prior to signing any agreement. I would recommend them if you want a quick sale at a fair price.
