Offerpad made it quick and easy to sell my home. The offer was very fair and competitive. The communication was great and quick responses with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Offerpad to anyone selling their home!

I couldn’t believe how easy this was. The property was far from our home and offer pad made it all doable and were extremely helpful. The offer was more than fair. We were extremely happy with how they helped us manage my mother’s estate.

My experience with Offerpad went quite smooth and efficient. Everything seemed to just fall into place on every procedure until completion. I’am very pleased with my outcome. Thanks to the professional Offerpad employees.

We were able to stay in our old home for 7 months while waiting for our new home to be finished. I have an elderly father, so not having to move twice was worth getting a little less on the price. My transaction manager, Amber, was responsive and friendly. She always put me at ease, even when I had to push back our closing date. The movers, Bellhop, were efficient, respectful and polite. And I appreciate that they had a full crew so that we weren't moving all day. If I had to do it over, I would choose Offerpad again.

Best experience I ever had in selling a house. Everyone connected with Offerpad was exceptional. Can't say enough good things about them.

I thought the process was wonderful the money they held back until I vacated the property was returned very quickly faster than I had expected my only criticism would be that the fees are a little bit too high other than that I would love to use offerpad again in the future I moved across the country to Ohio and there is no offerpad up here so that might be something to think about so I've met two or three people here and my son's neighborhood that are trying to sell and I mentioned offerpad and they had no idea what I was talking about and then I checked and offerpad is not here so bring it up to the Northeast
