My clients were looking for a way to sell their house swiftly & smoothly, so I contacted Offerpad for an estimate. They were on it immediately, and we were blessed to get the help of JaLynn Manser. Offerpad be out all of the other cash offers they received. It was nice to know that they were going to bat for the client and for me as an agent. I will definitely do business with Offerpad again.

I had a wonderful experience working with Offerpad while helping my client sell their home. As my client’s real estate agent, I was able to stay involved throughout the entire process, and everything from the initial offer to closing was handled smoothly and professionally. The Offerpad team was responsive, communication was clear, and the transaction moved along efficiently. I especially appreciated being able to continue representing and supporting my client while working alongside the Offerpad team. My client was pleased with the outcome, and we had a successful closing with a smooth overall experience. I would absolutely work with Offerpad again and recommend them as an option for homeowners who are looking for a convenient and straightforward home-selling process. — Princess Colbert

My experience working with Offerpad has been truly fantastic. They were professional, highly efficient, honest, ethical and everything was done in a timely manner throughout the entire process. Most importantly, they delivered the best cash offer for my seller, which made such a huge difference. What impressed me the most was the high level of integrity and trustworthiness through the entire process. Every detail was communicated clearly. You can tell that Offerpad has built their business around professionalism. I would highly recommend Offerpad to anyone looking for a true cash offer!

Our experience with Offerpad was great! I was a Realtor for 30+ years. Mom’s medical needs prohibited us from selling her home ourselves. Offerpad’s offer was the best one we received, and Aracely Coronado & Becky Larson were very easy to work with. They guided us every step of the way! It was a very pleasant experience for us and we highly recommend Offerpad!
