They burnt my face BAD and caused a breakout. I wish I could post the pictures here. They told me today I'd have to return them to be refunded(on my dime) but they would only take packages that haven't been opened and had four masks inside the box. Well, I had to try one, so..... Buyer beware. Not for use on sensitive skin.

Daylight Robbery! Appalling Customer Service & Misleading. I purchased some masks as a one off but the company has issued a reorder/subscription. I have contacted them numerous times but they have failed to correspond. I have looked on their website where they state they don’t offer refunds, despite me not even ordering the masks again. Additionally there is nowhere to look into your orders on your account or cancel an unwanted subscription. I’m very concerned I will continue to be charged monthly for products I don’t want!

Hi, Thank you for reaching. We offer our products on a one time purchase and subscription basis. When you opt in to our subscription, you get an additional 10% off. If you have a recurring charge, that means that you have opt in our subscription program. It is completely flexible. We also make it clear to customers that you have selected a subscription. Don’t believe the hype. I stupidly placed a large order of these masks and they are very average. My skin looks the same after using several of them. Deeply regret wasting my money. Don’t do the same.

Getting a bit worried as mixed reviews, and the good reviews seem a big dodgy. Placed large order and still have not received tracking for over 2 weeks. Emailed them directly with order number requesting tracking and no reply???

Despite careful unpacking the two part mask started to break up. Fit near nose is very poor unless you cut it to get down side of nose to cheeks. Does not stay on unless lying down for full 40 mins. Yes skin feels hydrated but not glass like in appearance!

Their business model is very much like that of Chinese scammers. I received 4 items, all crushed and 1 leaking. I sent them multiple photos and exchanged many emails. They offered me a choice of a refund or a replacement. Since it was for a gift, I had to find a substitute gift; therefore, I have no use for a replacement. They have contradicted themselves multiple times. Now, if I return it and it's received by July 7th, (today is July 2. The next few days are holiday, therefore, it's impossible for any mail to reach their PO Box by July 7) if everything is intact, unopened, they will refund 85% of my money. 15% is a restocking fee. I scorned them for even considering restocking these damaged items, then, to send to someone else. Since they arrived damaged, I cannot make them look new. They aren't open except for the leaking one. This is the usual runaround scam that these Chinese companies practice. Their address is a P.O. Box. I'll have my bank handle it. I'll continue to post this review on other sites as well.

Restocking fee is designed to offset the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items, such as inspection, cleaning, repackaging, and potentially re-shelving. We have a team who reviews every returned package to ensure that it could be resold. Regardless, most businesses like us charge restocking fee to cover all of those costs. I am truly disappointed in myself for having placed an order with Quasi. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and I still do not have a delivery date. Their tracking system is horrible, it doesn’t even show where the package left from and when I should expect it. I will never order from them again.
