I had a very bad experience buying tickets from the official ticket center, I do not recommend buying from them. I purchased my E-tickets online for the Aquatica water park from the official ticket center and I got a confirmation email which stated that I would be getting a second email with my E-tickets. Anyway, long story short the day that my family and I had chosen to go to the park came and I still didn’t get any emails with my E-tickets so I decided to call their office as soon as they opened and I was told that I had to go in person to pick up my tickets. I get to their local office and the employees asked me for the confirmation number, I give it to them and they seemed confused and were very rude and unprofessional they told me they couldn’t locate my tickets after they had just told me over the phone that they had checked on their system and that they had them. Anyway, I was sent back and forth to different locations and no one knew why I hadn’t gotten the second email or where I could pick up my tickets. I ended up having to call their customer service and after a long wait on the phone, I was finally able to get a refund. It is not worth the discount, it was very frustrating and time consuming. After that experience I went to the official Aquatica’s website and I got the tickets right there and then no need for all this trouble.

Hello Edith. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please be aware that our orders do take about 12 hours to process before E-Tickets are sent via email. On our website, we do state that we suggest purchasing tickets 72 hours prior to arriving at the park. You purchased your tickets on a holiday (Memorial Day) which is why there may have been a delay in delivery. The Official Ticket Center does not have a pickup location for our tickets as everything is done virtually. Therefore, we believe that another number may have been called for a different ticket company when you attempted to contact us. Although a refund was issued the day after purchase, if you would like to reach us, our Customer Service number is 1-877-406-4836.

Hi David! Unfortunately, many shows and events have been canceled due to the pandemic and it is out of our control. We are glad you have received your refund and hope to be able to sell event tickets again soon!

Mediocre service, even worse identity verification. 0/10 will NEVER use again. They replied also btw. Funny how I can pass a security clearance for the US GOVT. but not to purchase tickets.

Hello Maria. We're sorry you feel this way. Our fraud prevention service is structured to where all details must match the cardholder's information when purchasing tickets. Sometimes this policy can cancel a legitimate transaction. This precaution is to ensure that all tickets are distributed safely.
