My costume was delivered very quickly. I think the prices of some of the costumes are a little high considering the quality of the material it's made out of, but the costume is certainly durable enough to withstand a few uses and looks as good as the picture.

No complaints. Easy website to maneuver & quick delivery. I would definitely order again and highly recommend them.

Second time ordering from them. Great selection of fun items to enhance any Oktoberfest party. Got nervous as I ordered ten days in advance of party. The order was all in stock and inexpensive but never got email stating items shipped. Package tracking didn't exist. Ended up on my doorstep with plenty of time to spare though!!

The product and price were very good. I had issues with the web site and got frustrated on more than one occasion so i didnt buy anything else. I would orfer again if they speed ub the site and make it easier to access thier products.

Great selection and fast shipping. Bought items on sale and even with shipping costs, was still cheaper than buying the same items from Canada. This site is a one stop shop for us where we can find everything we need.

I placed my order on 10/21 and received an order confirmation. After 10 days of hearing nothing regarding shipment I emailed. After apologies from Anna and Zarrah I was told a better substitute was being sent overnight for Fed Ex Saturday delivery. This was to be a housewarming gift for a friend and after waiting around at the friend's house Saturday the gift never showed up Now it's 3 days later and still no word from Octoberfest Haus after I contacted them again today. I could not rate them 1 star as Anna was very polite on the phone and seemed to genuinely want to correct things after the first screw-up. But everything else associated with this transaction was terrible and I felt like an idiot when the parcel never showed up Saturday. Needless to say I'll contest the credit card charge and never do business with Octoberfest Haus again.

I found their prices (especially sale prices) to be competitive or better than other party suppliers. They have a wide selection and all of the merchandise I received was perfect! Only complaint was that I did not get a notification when my package shipped.
