SUPER fast service, I think my order arrived 2-3 days after I placed my order! Outfit was just as described, sizing chart was helpful. If it could have arrived wrinkle free, it would have been absolutely perfect. I'll definitely look here if I ever need something else that they carry!

We threw an Oktoberfest party for about 40 people. The decorations 'made" the party!! Everyone loved trying on the hats and taking pictures with 'Franz" (our moveable man). Great experience with Oktoberfest Haus. Thank you!

Disappointed. They sold me the item the a few days later said they no longer had it and credited my account.

I'M A RETURN CUSTOMER, SO I LIKE THE MERCHANDISE @ OKTOBERFEST AND FIND PRICES COMPARABLE TO OTHER GERMAN-IMPORT WEBSITES. THE DELIVERY TIME WAS FINE.. RECEIVED IN PLENTY OF TIME HOWEVER, I EXPERIENCED AN UNUSAL AMOUNT OF WAIT TIME BETWEEN CLICKS AND SEEING THE ORDER IN MY SHOPPING CART. MADE YOU WONDER IF MY ORDER WAS COMPLETE OR, IF EDITS TO MY ORDER TOOK... MIGHT HAVE PURCHASED MORE, BUT LOST SOME CONFIDENCE IN THIS PROCESS. SERVER KAPUTT? FIXEN SIE, OCTOBERFEST HAUS!! SCHNELL!!
