I recently ordered 2 men's t- shirts from Oktoberfest Haus. They had exactly what I was looking for, and they arrived in less time than I had expected. The shirts are excellent quality and the guys I bought them for love them! Thanks, Oktoberfest Haus!

This is the first time I placed an order with Oktoberfest Haus and I was completely satisfied. They immediately notified me that they were out of one of the items I ordered and credit for that item immediately showed up on my credit card statement. Will definitely order from them again.

I was very happy with my entire Oktoberfest experience. The item was as described and of excellent quality. The package came in a timely manner and the packing prevented any breakage. Will purchase from them again.

Received the beer stein in good condition and am very pleased with it. It is intended as a gift to a collector of steins who will be very pleased with it.

Basically am unhappy with length of delivery. Advertised it would take 5-7 business days and I would be notified when they shipped. Waited 11 days to get them but even that is not a big deal. What upset me is that I was ignored and had to contact them to see where they were - and then they were suddenly shipped; however my Discover was charged on Nov. 28 - they day I ordered them. They are a gift for my son so I have not opened them. Hopefully they are OK. I checked web site thoroughly and they stated they were made of 100% copper and tin lined but when I got package today the box says Nickel lined. My son is allergic to Nickel so not sure how this will work or if he'll be able to use them. Is that not false advertising? And to add to the frustration, they have now dropped the price by $10. Not sure I will deal with Oktoberfest again; will have to wait and see what my son thinks of them at Christmas. I should have stayed with Amazon; have learned my lesson.
