Pardon me. I wasn't aware of availability and for my mistaken words. Once again I do apologize. If something similar becomes available I would appreciate an offer. Thank you.

Hi, I wanted to order a holster as it was pictured on your site however I was required to fill out one of your drop down menus and it did not list the carving as pictured. I’m talking about the holster presented by El Paso Saddlery. I believe it was a Cheyenne style.

Placed an order for a coach gun scabbard 12/7/22 and as of 4/1/23, 16 weeks later, no delivery. Website states 8-12 weeks for delivery, and correspondence stated 12-14 weeks. A second-party seller that cannot uphold their end of a transaction is unreliable at best and fraudulent at worst. Update 4/2/23. Refund requested and graciously provided. Lesson learned: don’t order if isn’t in stock and can ship in a timely manner.

It took almost 2 months to receive a previous order. ( 2 ties) . I hope I would receive this order (blank firing pistol) In a timely manner to have it for a reenactment show soon.

The cost of everything has gone up especially shipping costs we do offer the cheapest method available not to mention you did receive a nice discount on your order which helped reduce your cost as well

Usually when someone gives a company their email on exchange for a discount on their first purchase, the code is provided right then, or added at checkout, NOT sent to their email address. I called the company but it was after hours, so I decided to just wait and order another time. When I returned to my email, I found it had been sent there. I wasted a whole lot of time looking for it. Otherwise, I'm sure this will be a good product that I will get a lot of use out of.

I ordered a leather jacket on 2nd of September, it’s now the 14th and I have yet received it. No tracking number or information was provided. I spoke with Mikeand he said he would check on it and get right back with me. That was 3 days ago, I have not heard back from him. Your customer service really sucks. Out of money and no jacket

Richard it was 2 days ago we spoke on Monday, yes inventory showed we had in stock but after checking your size was not. Called mfr. waited for response from then we called you back as soon as we had an answer on the availability of your sizing and color needs, we actually discussed your options on color on today and also, we are processing your refund keeping your info to call you if and when this jacket is back in stock in your size which you were fine with.
