Bought a set of garden lights that malfunctioned shortly after installing them which was frustrating. Contacted the supplier and they said no need to painstakingly take the lights down and return them, they would send a replacement set out immediately. The arrived quick, swapped them over and they worked perfectly. Nice and bright too!

We loved the look and functionality of the lights, but they stopped working after about three months. I contacted customer support and had a replacement within a week. Communication was prompt and they offered a few suggestions on how to possibly fix the problem. When the new lights arrived, I plugged the new control box into the old lights and they functioned properly. I believe the extreme cold weather we had broke the control boxes. Very happy with how Ollny handled the problem

My lights quit working after one season, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the responded to my email. They offered a refund since they were sold out. But I asked if they could just replace them for me when they came back in stock. And they remembered and mailed a new set as soon as they were available. Thank you!
