Hello Dear Paul, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We would like to clarify and respond to this review by providing the details. We never deducted a refund from you or declined a refund; the full refund has been issued by Walmart. We contacted Walmart to inform them about the activity that happened in this transaction to maintain a safe marketplace. Prior to shipping the product it had passed quality control, but the cross bars that were returned to us were covered with mud, and sand, and were damaged. We wish we could respond with the photo documentation. It appears that the product was used for a summer period as intended and then returned. If we had been informed of this prior to the return, we could have offered the best possible resolution. Unfortunately, this was not communicated. We understand that sometimes after a few uses you might be dissatisfied with a product, and we would have been happy to help. However, the condition in which the product was returned, covered in dirt, made it ineligible for restocking, therefore to maintain a safe marketplace we must inform Walmart about the condition of this return. Despite this, Walmart fully refunded your order. We appealed Walmart’s refund decision and provided documentation. We still informed you that your order is covered by Walmart, and you may contact Walmart to seek a full refund. We have received several threatening emails informing us about harming us by leaving negative reviews. This course of action is irrelevant, and providing the community with false information is not correct. We always strive to help and accommodate, in this case, your order has been refunded by Walmart. Best Regards, OMAC USA Team.
