I’d like to try the product WITHOUT a subscription. I’m not a fan of subscriptions.

Hi Karen and Lou, Thank you for your feedback. A subscription is not required, and both one-time purchase and subscription options are available on our website. Please make sure the one-time purchase option is selected before checkout if that is your preference. We appreciate your interest in trying OMNI.

***updated 7/31/26 - I appreciate finally getting a response from the company customer service (via this review)and my credit card does confirm the refund they said they completed. I have yet to check if they added the link to the portal, but I hope so. Buyer be ware!! It is easy to order and subscribe on their website but a return and refund is totally shady and impossible. They have a long drawn out refund policy and say you have to start a return/refund on their portal yet nowhere on their site do they give you a link or access to that portal. Customer service email does not get response. Awful!!

Hi Tyra, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way and that your recent interaction with our support team left you disappointed. We understand your concerns regarding the product charge. We offer both one-time purchase and subscription options on our website, and we also display disclaimers before checkout, before an order is completed, explaining how the auto-ship subscription works. In addition, we send reminder emails before each recurring order is processed, giving customers the opportunity to review, modify, skip, or cancel their upcoming shipment. As I can see, your order has been refunded and your subscription has been cancelled. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and our customer experience.

Good offers, lots of helpful information and most importantly this wasn’t just geared to young people who live in the gym. I am neither and just need to know how it can help a woman in her 60s. And so now I will try it for 3 months and see what creatine can do for me.

Hi Cheryl, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad the information felt helpful and relevant rather than focused only on younger people who spend all their time in the gym. Creatine can fit into a consistent strength and wellness routine at many stages of life, and we hope your three-month trial gives you enough time to evaluate it properly. We appreciate you choosing OMNI.

Just like everyone says, DO NOT engage with this scam company. They sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge, make it extremely difficult to cancel, and do not provide the refunds for the products they shipped and charged without your approval.
