We have called and emailed in vain for nearly a year now, trying to get Omnidian to send someone (Solar Medix) to remove our panels, so our roofer can repair the damage from where they pierce the roof. They leak. They have come to repair the entry points several times, and that works for a time (they inject some sort of acrylic to bolster the areas where the panels are bolted to the roof), but the roof has suffered and needs to be replaced. The panels were installed on a one-year-old roof, and you can see clearly from the inside of the attic that the leaks come from the panels' anchor points. We go in circles. I despair of ever getting my roof fixed. They just don't seem to know which end is up.

Multiple delays and break down in communication
Omnidian was subcontracted by Renewbrook Energy to maintain my solar panels after Posigen was taken over by Renewbrook Energy.
On July 15, I was informed that 21/50 of my solar panels were not working and I have been actively trying to get someone to come to my house and fix them.
I have made 6 phone calls, I have made 6 emails and 3 support chats with their virtual assistant. Not once has someone called me. I have been the one to actively try to resolve this problem and I am consistently given wrong information, ping-ponged back to Renewbrook Energy. Multiple times I have asked to speak with a supervisor/manager and no one can give me a phone number. The virtual chat assist told me someone would contact me within 1 business day which never happened.
There have been many breakdowns in communication and delays that include:
A support technician sending me the wrong email to reply to 3 times that resulted in them not getting my photos.
Another technician telling me that he would look into my photo/email problem and someone would get back to me which never happened.
Another technician trouble shooting my solar system with me and then not documenting it because when I called again another technician had me do the exact same troubleshooting again. He claimed he could not find the previous trouble shooting information and he came across as not believing me to have done it.
After doing the trouble shooting a 2nd time - I was told to wait 24-48 hours and someone would get back to me. No one did and I had to call before a work order was initiated.
I was assured once the work order was initiated that I would receive email communication with an update. I am still waiting on that email.
I have no idea how this business has an “A+” rating on the Better Business Bureau when they have thirteen 1 star reviews.

7 phone calls and 7 different answers
7 phone calls and 7 different answers. Some of the information was just plain wrong. Each time, you have to start over.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE - Zero customer service. We need a new roof and can’t get any follow up from Omnidian on removal estimate. We may also lose our insurance window to our needed roof replacement. I wish we could avoid them but forced to go thru them as they are the contracted provider with Enfin. Reading here there are many others in same place. There needs to be legal action taken.

We first contacted Omnidian in mid-July…
We first contacted Omnidian in mid-July 2026 to begin the process of having our third-party roofing contractor, vetted and approved to remove our panels so that we can replace our roof. Since then, we have contacted Omnidian multiple times in an effort to move this process forward.
Unfortunately, despite repeated assurances from Omnidian representatives, no progress has been made.
On each occasion that we have called, we have been told that our case has been reassigned to a new case manager. We are then assured that the new case manager will contact Remi Roofing and provide us with an update within 24–48 hours. We have repeatedly relied on those assurances, only to find that Omnidian has failed to contact our contractor and failed to provide the promised update.
When we call again to follow up, we are given essentially the same explanation: the case has been reassigned, someone will contact the roofing contractor, and we should expect an update within 24–48 hours. This cycle has now happened repeatedly.
Even more concerning, when we have asked to speak directly with the case manager handling our account or with a supervisor who can actually address the issue, we have been stonewalled and told that it is impossible. We are given no meaningful avenue to escalate the matter, despite the fact that the normal process has clearly failed.
This is unacceptable.
We have a deadline for replacing our roof, and Omnidian’s continued inaction is now jeopardizing our ability to complete that work within the necessary timeframe. We should not have to repeatedly call, explain the situation, receive another 24–48-hour promise, and then discover that nothing has been done. The fact that our case may have been reassigned internally is an Omnidian staffing or management issue; it should not become our problem or result in an indefinite delay.
At this point, we need action rather than another assurance.
We have been patient and have given Omnidian numerous opportunities to resolve this through the normal customer-service process. That process has failed repeatedly. We should not have to continue making phone calls simply to obtain the action that Omnidian representatives have already promised would occur.
Our roof replacement cannot remain on hold indefinitely because Omnidian has failed to execute a process that we initiated weeks ago.

Poor communication and terrible customer service !
Poor communication , I’ve been working with them since 2024 and they still have not resolved my problem. They want me to pay for a new meter since the one they installed in 2025 stopped working!!! Unbelievable. They have AI rote responses when you contact them. Or they have me reboot the system
Over and over to no avail. Very poor customer service! I’ve already found another company to help me with my solar issues.im done with Omidian.

It is now 5 weeks since my warranty…
It is now 5 weeks since my warranty work was approved and still cannot get a date of when the parts, that are supposedly in stock, will be despatched. Nobody at Omnidian seems to know what the problem is.
Battery still not working.

Avoid with a passion
Avoid with a passion, omidian it's just the warranty and monitoring division which means any interaction with you is a loss and if they can stop interacting with you that's a win. From personal experience I will never get anything this company has its hands in. Government needs to reign in their bad practices and false warranties.
