Sometimes you just need help...a lot of help! This is the case with me and the IRS. During the mid 2000's I lost my job, could not get my wife insurance due to a pre existing condition, and our home value went to heck in a hand-basket. Doc and his team was very professional and easy to work with. They were on top of our situation the minute they received our information. I respect the fact that we paid for their services but did not have to use them after all and they refunded our money. There was no run around on getting the refund either. Omni is by far the best tax agency any one could go with!
