You placed an order this morning, emailed us minutes later asking for a refund, and we responded immediately, cancelled the order, and issued a full refund - all within speed of light. That’s not a bad service. That’s exceptional. Leaving a one - star review after that level of speed and support is honestly absurd. If this isn’t a joke, it’s a wildly unfair misrepresentation of the facts. We don’t play games with our customers - we deliver. Please do the right thing: update or remove your review. Respect goes both ways. We can provide all the communication, email timing, refund receipts, everything.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. In this case, there was a technical issue on our side that affected order tracking and delayed communication - we fully acknowledge that. Last Friday, we offered to upgrade your shipping at no extra cost and send the kit out immediately. You chose to cancel the order instead, and we issued a full refund right away, no questions asked. While these situations are extremely rare, they can happen when we’re handling a high volume of orders. We’re already working to prevent this from happening again. Just to clarify what our Instagram response was about — it wasn’t personal, it was simply stating facts. Yes, it’s Easter. Yes, we just came off a massive sales event. And yes, during times like these, turnaround times are longer - as clearly mentioned on our website. Fast shipping applies once the design is approved and printed - it does not mean instant design previews. We get a huge amount of orders and our priority is quality over speed. The product you’ll receive is top-tier - no compromises there. We’ve seen a few people rush to complain without reading the information we provide upfront. That doesn’t change the fact that thousands of customers understand the process and are stoked with what they get. Will let the sales team know to follow up with you directly. Hello, We find it quite strange to receive a 1-star review without a single email, message, or photo from the customer before posting this complaint. It’s a bit odd to claim there was an issue, yet never attempt to contact us for a solution. Instead, we’re blindsided by a negative review without any prior communication. Let’s set the record straight: - The template used for the customer’s 2025 KLX is the only template available online and the same one we’ve used many times without any problems. If it were incorrect, we’d be hearing about it from multiple customers - not just one. - There are many reasons why a graphics kit might not apply correctly, and lack of proper installation knowledge is a major one. Graphics application is a skill, and despite following a video, mistakes happen. Misalignment, improper surface prep, or incorrect heat application can all lead to poor results. - The claim about bad quality is simply ridiculous. OMX Graphics has been using Substance media for over 14 years - the gold standard in extreme sports graphics industry. There are no better materials available, period. All major name in motocross relies on it, and so do we. Saying our graphics look “cheap” is completely false, and thousands of satisfied customers prove otherwise. The bottom line? OMX Graphics has built its reputation on top-tier quality and customer satisfaction. We never leave a customer disappointed. All we ask for is basic communication - email, photos, anything - so we can fix an issue if there truly is one. Instead, we’re left guessing from a vague review. We’ve already reached out, asking for photos to assess the situation. Let’s see how this one turns out.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your custom seat cover order. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that the initial product did not meet your color expectations. We are glad that we were able to assist you by sending you a new seat cover in the desired colour. However, you then requested a different graphics kit in addition to this replacement. Well, this is not the way it happens, moreover you approved design preview...and to ask for a refund you do not apply graphics on your bike and then ask for a refund. We truly believe that you read our terms & conditions according returns. We hope that the new seat covers and graphics kit meet your expectations and that you are satisfied with the final products. Johnny, thank you for one star review! We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your graphics order and any inconvenience caused. During high sale seasons, it is possible for mistakes to occur. We are all humans, right? We are working to resolve your issue promptly and the fastest and easiest way would be for you to send wrongly delivered graphics to Canada and the other guy will send yours to you.
