Hi Anamika, Thank you for following up, and we are sorry to hear that our previous communication did not reach you as intended. We understand how that adds to the frustration, and we apologize for that gap. We want to assure you and anyone reading this that your case was reviewed thoroughly and the outcome was determined in line with our platform's Terms of Use, project requirements, and quality standards. While we are unable to share account-specific details publicly, the outcome of this review stands and has been finalized. We appreciate the time you invested and regret that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience, waiting for months without any update is not the standard we aim for and we completely understand your disappointment. We want to clarify that application statuses such as Certification Pending and Under Review are part of our standard process, and response times can vary depending on project availability and the volume of applications received. However we agree that clearer and more timely communication is something we are actively working to improve. Please send us a DM with your registered email address and we will do our best to look into the status of your applications and provide you with a proper update. We hope to make this right for you! 😊
