Everyone I have worked with has always been very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and timely. They make it a very pleasant and enjoyable process. Nick was very patient and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly.

I would have rated 5 stars but this process is beginning to be confusing. Talking to too many different people, one saying one thing and then someone else calling next day saying something different.Its getting frustrating.

When I began my "journey" I was somewhat apprehensive but my fears were without merit as I soon discovered.Both Grant Sechman and Nick Bakerian were very professional and knowledgeable.I could not have asked for two people better suited to their chosen profession. In addition to which both appraisers that came to my home were pleasant,courteous and also knowledgeable. My sincere thanks to all of these people.
