I would like to thank everyone at One Reverse Mortgage for making the mortgage process so easy I thought at first that I needed to go to a bank and believe me the bank could not halo me I turned to quicken and One Reverse Mortgage after receiving something in the mail I had no idea that they did reverse mortgages I was delighted to find out from an agent that they do and One Reverse Mortgage took over from their so I started the process and it was so easy ,they explained the whole process from the start and guided me the whole way answered all my concerns ect. They made me very comfortable they explained everything to me in detail all docs were sent to me promptly. I was notified of all updates as I was going thru the process they are very polite and very good at what they do. I was able to close my loan and I'm on my way to enjoying the rest of my life now. Originally dealt with James Michalski, he was outstanding. After it moved to a higher level, I was dealing with Detroit and California at the same time. Repetitive requests for items previously sent in was a bit of a hassle. perhaps if all data requested was under the same number for all divisions they could easily access the items. I had to involve my CPA in the process numerous times on the repetitive issues involving tax returns. But it's all over and I am totally satisfied.....
