You can dispute unauthorized ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions by calling Customer Care at 877-663-8648 from 9 AM to 8 PM EST Monday through Friday. You can dispute unauthorized POS (Point of Sale) transactions by calling the Dispute Department at 844-202-5070, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
