Could not make simple dep

I simply could not make deposits in the month of March second week I call call center the person I spoke with was very nice and patient however that was not the problem the problem was that I could not make deposits at several locations that was listed on the app Farm money location to deposit my cash Gregory Joseph thank you customer service was very nice and patient thank you

Thank you for your feedback. Based on your comments, it appears you were experiencing difficulty depositing cash into your account. We have over 100,000 surcharge-free ATMs across the country. You can locate an ATM that accepts deposits by visiting www.oneunited.com/Locations on your computer or by visiting our OneUnited mobile banking app and tapping on Add Money, then Locations. We understand the hold time on ATM deposits can be inconvenient. We offer real-time cash deposit-taking ATMs that allow you to deposit cash into participating ATMs surcharge-free and receive funds into your accounts within minutes. You can locate one of the 1,500 Allpoint deposit-taking ATMs at retailers nationwide like Walgreens, CVS, etc. To receive the deposit in real-time, you must deposit the cash into an Allpoint ATM, or other in-network deposit taking ATMs that do not require a deposit envelope. A funds transfer is an alternative way to make deposits that provide more immediate good funds. You can also add cash to your card (reload) at 90,000 retail locations nationwide including Walmart, Walgreens, 7-Eleven, and more (Retail fees apply. OneUnited does not charge a reload fee.)
