Customer service was terrible. bought 650 switches. only sent me 560. Instead of resending me the missing switches they refunded me. meaning I then had to re-purchase the 90 switches and pay another UPS shipping fee of £50. the customer service rep was also awful. No communication. just automated responses.

STILL WAITING FOR THE MFR CERTS. WHEN QUOTED YOU STATED THAT MFR CERTS WILL BE PROVIDED. 3M TOLD US THAT YOU SHOULD LOOK FOR THE CERTIFICATION NOT US.

Good pricing, horrible credit policy on scheduled shipments, customer service follow thru is only acceptable and they are prone to making delivery errors.

I live in Alaska. I purchased a $12 relay. The web site indicated flat rate shipping ($6.95) but then they schwacked me for $28. After some back and forth complaining over a couple of days, someone in authority conceded that they couldn't calculate UPS Ground shipping to Alaska. Really? 15 years in business and they couldn't give a guess? Anyway, they made it right. The salesman said he would take my recommendation to their web team to clarify their shipping policy on their site. He also refunded the difference between what was flat rate shipping and what they charged me. The individual there really stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved, and I appreciate that. Would I do business with them again? It depends on the cost of the item and the cost of the shipping. I would have to place a substantial order for the shipping to be worth it. It has been a long time since I've been stung with high shipping (and handling) from a company. This will serve as a reminder to slow down and take a good look at an unknown vendor before I make the purchase. I Googled the part number and a half dozen prices pop up, with Onlinecomponents being the cheapest. Then the shipping drives it up to the most expensive, and I didn't know what the charge was until after I placed the order. Misleading? You bet! Intentional? I don't think so based on their willingness to work with me on the problem.
