Business is fun again. I was just plain tired of fighting my tools. You don't have to do that in Ontraport. And I'm also able to start cancelling several 3rd party tools I was using with another vendor. Heck I might not even need Wordpress any more. When they say all-in-one they aren't kidding. Stop reading and start implementing Ontraport.

Ontraport facilitates CREDIT CARD FRAUD. That's good news is you're an unscrupulous business looking for a platform. It's less good news if you're a customer and are considering doing business with a vendor who uses Ontraport. If the vendor uses Ontraport to charge your credit cards, repeatedly and fraudulently, Ontraport support will simply tell you, "good luck, not our problem". To be safe, don't use vendors who use Ontraport as a platform.

Hi Jake, we took a look into this issue. Unfortunately, as mentioned in the ticket with our support team and CEO, we are not able to reverse charges between you and a business that uses our software. This is a singular complaint in reference to said business, and we have not received any other complaints about fraudulent or misuse of the software. We understand that this is a frustrating experience, but we are not at liberty to disclose information about our clients' accounts. We advise connecting with the credit card company.

I love how I can import all my contacts from excel using a .cvs file and EVERYTHING is there. So much customization, and every day I find something new I can do with my ONTRAPORT account. Their email marketing is no joke -- I used to only get 20 or so new leads a months, and now it's nearing 500. Incredible.

By far the best business automation platform there is out there. Powerful! Everything you would need to start a business in one place. Love how seamlessly the unified system works together. It's nice to have all my tools under one account so there are no integration issues.

I used to have multiple one-point software and business tools, but it felt like I was tangled in technology. Integrations never fully worked, and it all felt messy. I'm telling you, when I switched to ONTRAPORT, it changed everything. I had all my data in one place... I'm not kidding, ALL MY DATA. Customer demographics, engagement levels, automated CRM, business talks automated, sales force automation, payment, etc. etc. Also, I used to have to contact and wait around on a ton of different support teams when something went wrong and sometimes wouldn't have a solution until weeks. I think the software itself is absolutely amazing, but what convinced me to write this review is the customer service team. Always there, always friendly, always ready to support me. Would recommend again and again. I've told other small business owner friends about ONTRAPORT, and they've been endless thankful.
