Founded in 2010 as a philanthropic online market research panel, Op4G invites its panel members to participate in paid online research surveys, and then requires they donate a portion of their incentives - at least 25% and up to 100% - back to one of its 300+ non-profit organizations. Op4G’s unique approach to recruiting yields a highly engaged group of quality people who, as respondents, are dedicated to helping market research clients fulfill information needs. Since beginning client delivery in June 2011 clients' incentive funds have allowed panel members to donate over $449,000 to Op4G’s growing number of non-profit partners. Panel member trust is key to quality data. Each element of Op4G is designed to fiercely protect Members' privacy. Every activity is opt-in, every survey participant is anonymous, and every member is in full control of their secure information. Op4g is headquartered in Portsmouth, NH and operates globally. To learn more about our client services or how to begin a partnership that benefits your charity, please contact support(at)Op4G(dot)com or visit http://www.Op4G.com

Sometimes near the end of my survey it closes out and doesn’t let me continue. I am not able to open it again and continue or start over. It just disapears from the list of surveys. It is different from the message I get that says I do not qualify for the survey.

Op4G is not a reputable survey company. I am assuming Opinions 4 Good is the same as Op4G. It took me several months to get to my $20 payout and when I tried to cash out, it wouldn't let me. I sent email after email and they kept telling me my account was flagged for having multiple accounts. I kept telling them I only had one account and that I wanted my money. They then kept telling me the IT Dept was checking into the issue. I kept sending emails telling them I want my money. This went on for over a month and the last email I sent, I just sent a bunch of question marks and they emailed me back and said send me your address and I will send you your money. I think they thought I would just forget about it and let it go, but I did not. They sent me my check within the next few days. They don't send me anymore surveys. I just do not trust them

Hi Bonnie, I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. It sounds like we could have done more to expedite your payment. We have since changed our payout process to be paid monthly (last day of the month, next business day if that day falls on a Saturday/Sunday) at the $10 threshold. Any amount under $10 rolls over to the next pay period. Our terms and conditions (located here https://opinions4good.com/about/terms-of-use/) disqualify some members from receiving PayPal payouts if their accounts are flagged as being in violation. Usually these cases are arbitrated by one of our technical support staff and a decision is made after careful review. We are always on the lookout for fraudulent users in order to maintain the integrity of our platform. We have also brought our average support ticket time down to under 24 hours. If you need to reach our support staff, please contact [email protected]. Thank you for your lasting patience and we hope you return to Opinions4Good to lend us your insights once again. Best wishes, Ryan B. | Membership Communications Specialist @ Opinions4Good [email protected]
