Communication through Zendesk is poor first few months with this company was great now it seems to be slipping better customer service practices need to be implemented!

I think they do a good job. Just a bit better with communication with shipments and emails that could help with the process more. I get emails that say I need a refill and I just had one. There is a lot of junk emails that don't apply. They needed a letter from my specialist. I went thru the trouble to get it. They faxed it 2 times. They could never find it. It just needs to be tightened up a bit. Other than that it's pretty good service.

If I could give this company less than zero, I would actually give it to them. This has been a nightmare. A couple of days ago, they made four charges to my debit card that I did not do. I canceled the account with that company more than 2 months ago. This is actually a scam when I called the phone number on the receipt, they sent me they told me they would refund my money, but they didn't ask me for any of my information and they have people who don't speak English well I recommend staying away from this company since it is a fraud and steal money They are thieves
