My account is level 2 and I supposed to have my gift cards in 2 business days at maximum, it happened once and never again, always takes between 8 and 20 days mostly, worst site ever, Again "another brick in the wall" They're good at promising and writing poems in emails but very bad at delivering, honestly waist of time Gd luck being manipulated everyone

Can't complete single survey they having some kind of internal issue that affecting majorty users. It instantly callback even before opening any survey . but when i tried to contact support they reply with automate meassge that they dont find any issues . like people randomly contact support if I'm not experiencing any problem . im level 2 user working on this platform for long time I expect better response

Unresolved $15 Reward Pending Since June 4th - No Support Response I have been using Opinion Edge and previously had smooth redemptions. However, my redemption for a $15 Reward Link (US + Mastercard Virtual Only) requested on June 4th, 2026, has been stuck on "PENDING" for over a month. I have already reached out to customer support regarding this issue but have received no response or resolution. Please look into my account and manually approve or release this payment

They used to pay as their timeline suggest 12-15 bussiness days but now they don't my payment pending over 25 days and they don't response any emails

These people are scammers, so I redeemed a gift card and it wasn't the first time I do it on my opinion edge account, this time but this time it took way more than the usual by 4 days, when I emailed them, they didn't reply I've emailed them again for three more times and seems like the support team is just an illusion, be aware guys from websites such this one is not reliable or trustworthy off your efforts at all

My $10 Mastercard Virtual Card redemption from May 5, 2026, is still pending. Support has ignored my emails from June 8 and June 12. This is very poor service. Please approve my pending reward immediately.
