We're really sorry to hear you did not have a good experience. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Without more information we don't know what happened with your account, but sometimes customers can be unclear about how our service works and which sites the different subscription plans cover. If the service doesn't seem to be working correctly for you or if you have any questions, the best thing to do is email [email protected] and our customer support team will investigate the situation and follow up with you right away.

After reviewing your account, we found it was never upgraded to a paid plan and no payment was ever made, therefore no service was rendered. Additionally, it appears you are based in Australia and as stated on the web site, Optery is only for United States residents at this time.
