I had booked for 5 tickets on Muscat- Delhi sector. I had to utilize the tickets before Sept. 2020. I wanted an extension because of the prevailing Covid situation. They were very helpful in extending it further. What I like most about them is the prompt response to the mails/ queries. I am impressed!
