When I ordered my two charms I got the wrong date on one of them I contacted you you made the correction for me. When I received the product I was so amazed the pictures were greatand everything I truly thank you for the great memory of my fur babies

This item was cheaply made and very difficult to track. Honestly it looks like it came out of a candy machine. Very disappointing!
