I was honestly blown away by the level of support from the Opus team. Even though the issue was entirely my fault (I had mixed up my accounts), they handled it with such kindness and professionalism. Their communication was fast, clear, and genuinely caring — something you rarely experience these days. I just subscribed to this service, and so far it's everything they claim! The price per credit is a little high, but they are upfront about the costs. So far, I'm pleased.

OpusClip has great features and results, however the editing refresh rate seems to get slower as the creation of clips progresses and the accuracy of placing elements on the timeline needs to be more exact.
