I don't think this is a legit company. I never received a package that was supposedly sent with this company and the only tracking info says "Pre-Advice Data for Package Received - Further Tracking Events to follow shortly." which was 2 months ago.

This is a scam company. They'll never respond with any information. "Lost" (I mean steal) all their packages. Avoid them at all costs!

I have had multiple parcels never arrive when a company I have bought from used this company to ship to the UK, I have had to get countless replacements of which some don’t even arrive as well!

still waiting for a response to my emails, parcel shows nothing updated for 4 days now, has it gone by boat? the parxcel arrived, so i have updated the stars rating, however communications were very poor

So i was really apprehensive given the ratings given by others but the ridiculous shipping charges for small items using USPS made me rethink this. So it was all stuff i'd made so no real loss if it doesn't make it. After a fast start it reached Carol Spring, Il in a couple of days and sat there i gave them a call and next thing i know it was heading to Uk and today it arrived. So nominally 2 weeks for a 1Kg package to UK!! Before someone suggests i work for them... I'd like to say that I don't but that to write this way you kind of have to be genuinely surprised by the outcome as I was!!

All I can say this Orange DS should be closed down, there communication is ZERO, they do not value their customers and you may or may not receive your packages. One of the worst carriers I have ever come across and the words DISHONESTY linger in my mouth.

Coming up on two years - Very pleased. We have worked with OrangeDS for a while now and they have been far more reliable and with much better customer service than previous export partners. They have good rates to most of the world and the team has been more than happy to work with us to improve whenever their is an issue. I am honestly super confused by the reviews claiming 100% loss rates. I get emails back usually within a few hours if not minutes whenever I contact their support team and the few packages that have been lost in transit they have sorted out the issue or honored the shipping insurance.
