I was in a hurry signing up and didn't realize that I wouldn't be able to do same day batch printing of postage with them. I immediately notified them of my mistake and politely asked for my money back. I was told all subscription fees are non refundable as states on their website - which it does - I just missed it. So while technically they are allowed to keep the subscription fee, it's really bad customer service considering those types of policies are set in place so customers don't USE their services, then try to get their money back and take advantage of them. In this instance, I never once USED their services. So I told them I hope the $9.99 they are keeping is worth the bad review I would be leaving. Their response to me? They went and looked up our company online, found my boss, and emailed me his LinkedIn profile saying that bad reviews go both ways. Talk about creepy...and felt a bit like they were trying to threaten me out of writing a bad review. So I responded back that they could keep the $9.99 because they clearly needed it more than we do.

Thank you for the review. Most everything stated is true. However, you also leave out that we have a process in place to keep scammers out. That involves a review and approval process which is plainly stated. You chose not to follow the process and instead access chat and try to get something approved near immediately. Bypassing the system - then requesting a refund and claiming bad customer service on our side - isn't legit behaviour. In fact - it rings "fraud" bells all over. So, we checked out your company account as part of our due diligence. And in responding to you, we used the publicly available info to let you know that if you are a scammer and/or a troll - we will respond to all reviews. Based on the internal review of your company, you are not a scammer. However, you purposely chose not to follow the process, and we have chosen to follow it.

Keeps track of all my mailings in one place, with the date of delivery for each item sent. Saves on postage too and all done from my computer.

Some years back I was searching for a online postage or shipping site. Our real estate business does not require a lot of shipping, so I didn't want to pay for some recurring, just the ability to print postage for a single letter if needed, or many letters or parcels at other times. OrangeMailer.co does exactly that. They have a recurring plan, and a pay as you go plan. There support is very responsive also. When I have had issues with the website they were very attentive to chat and email, acknowledging or confirming the issue quickly, and resolving it in a reasonable amount of time also.

Very convenient no need to go to the post office and wait in line with Orange Mailer!

I believe I found Orange Mailer originally when looking for an easy way to mail items for my business. I don't mail a lot, but I wanted to avoid trips to the post office if possible. I found it especially helpful during COVID-19 when I was mailing more items rather than driving to drop them off in person. I love that there is an option with no subscription fee and that you can pay as you go. I have nothing but good to say about this service.

Thanks for the simple and non commitment way to buy postage. Highly Recommended Free and Paid Subscription with Orange.

A year ago I added $10 to my account, which is the minimum amount accepted. Today, I logged in and the $5 that was left in my account had been taken! Vanished! Why should I deposit $10 to print a 50 cent stamp anyway? The logs indicated that the money was taken because of account "inactivity"! Well, sir re Bob -- I'm not a professional secretary sending letters every five minutes! --------------------- UPDATE: My monies were restored on request and the company seems much more trustworthy than I first thought. Now I could complain about the outdated UI (interface) but their service works well and I am now a very happy customer.

Hi There! Thanks for updating your review and explaining that you last used our service in November 2019 and it is now June 2021. Also, thanks for letting others know that our Terms of Service clearly state that accounts not used in at least 4 months do have their funds moved out for accounting purposes - and that ALL funds are fully restored upon request. The actual policy is stated in our Terms Of Service, Section 9.7 (link at bottom of every page - and a double opt-in) Regarding the $10 minimum - I understand it is not your concern, however we pay 2.9% + .30 for every charge (including PayPal). Since we are not connected to USPS nor a government entity - we would actually loose a lot of money by letting you deposit just enough for your postage and not charge you a monthly fee. Bottom line, our service simply would not exist and you would not have to be concerned with us as an option for your one stamp every 18 months (there are no other options for your situation - except the local post office). We are very glad that you returned after these last 18 months, and very happy that we all made it thru and can still provide you our free service. May the rest of the year be good and beneficial to you. The Orange Mailer team.
