I find myself giving a follow up review…

I find myself giving a follow up review to my previous 1-Star review!! I contacted O/R customer service about suspicious profiles, on 19/12/24 & it’s still ongoing 🤬!! I have lost count of the number of suspicious profiles i have encountered, but the last two were different countries, thousands of miles apart, same location and same vehicle but with photoshopped faces 😡! My concern was elevated to the Investigation Team D*** & K**** (i am not allowed to put their names) have been stringing me along (in their defence i have received some credit, but doesn’t solve the issue) and apparently, profiles can do just as they want to and more importantly they don’t have to respond to O/R with an explanation, they can just ignore the Investigation Team’s questions! If that is not unprofessional and suspicious behaviour, then i am not sure what it is? There was one profile (i hoped was real, genuine & interested) who i have been chatting with for quite some time and she has either been blocked 🚫 from me or vice-versa, but chatting has now stopped 🤬😡, thank you O/R 👎. Still a very disillusioned and disappointed customer 🤬.
