Excellent product. Take some time to manage but it works great. Great design layout for different businesses. Back system is easy to navigate. Recommend for restaurant and delivery service. The service is very good and the support team always fast to reply. Highly recommended!

- Level of tech that we offer: Excellent for food ordering. Not a great fit for groceries. - Level of support: Takes a bit of getting used to as one won't see anything the one is used to - tickets, statuses, queue number, etc. But things do get done in the promised time in a very predictable manner. - Level of honesty: No issues at all! - Level or responsivnes: Someone or the other is always available over chat to assist. Is very reassuring. - How long you worked with us: About 5 months. - Why you chose us originally: For the great user interactions and extensions.

Hello, Thanks for this review, it means a lot to us. Remember that our system was specially designed for groceries, too. That is why we have a vertical showing the demo for groceries. We are very happy to offer you a completely free trial for the groceries vertical in case you want to check it out. We are sure there was a bit of confusion We wish you the best as always!

Houston, one of the developers at Ordering.co has been nothing than a star in the entire process. We just signed up to Ordering App with no experience whatsoever in white-label customisation. Houston has never made us feel we alone. Very helpful and delivers in a jiff. Thanks buddy ! Your deserve a pat-in-the-back from your founders. Bessem
