The part was fine, works fine. Shipping was a little slow.

They were fast about getting my order to me

Quick responses and all my concerns were addressed

It would have been helpful if you were more clear that the hydraulic connections were metric. Now I have to find a conversion from metric to standard.

Great price, great product and free shipping. This is the way things are supposed to be

Great customer service and fast shipping

Package arrived on time and everything works great just what I was looking for.

Junk tools. Bought a hub tamer. The force screw stripped out. I tried to order a replacement and just got the run around. I even provided their part numbers from the manual that came with the tool. Will never buy their junk again. horrible customer service!!!
