Tracking order is not user friendly and…
Tracking order is not user friendly and needs to be easy to find. With the amount of $$$ you charge for products, mailing method should not be USPS and BOLT is a poor tracking system. Because of this, I will not purchase from your sight again.

With a purchase it stated a free Prime…
With a purchase it stated a free Prime face lotion — I made a purchase. They sent a different product the Prime serum and product I think was outdated. Texture and smell was off.

We apologize that you received the wrong gift, and we can send you the Blue Copper 5 Prime Face to replace that, as that must be human error. The product is fresh that we checked in the warehouse, but if you notice that it doesn't seem right -perhaps the pump was defective and air was able to enter the product.
