used otr 2014-2019 THEN shut down my business. just reopened business IN 2026 and tried to use them again, they wanted information i dont have. so i had to move on, when got new factoring company they said otr had a ucc on my company. called otr they said to send a termination letter. i did so. then they told the new company it was $1000 to get release. i havent done business with otr for 7 years , they said the contract auto renews every year !! so they keep your company tied to them even if you are out of business. then they charge $1000 to a BUSINESS just STARTING BACK UP or you cant do business , i dont think that a contract that renews forever is legal. especially with no balance on it .i even spoke to the director. she told me she talks to people every day trying not to pay fee. we were with otr for years factoring 7 figures and they charge this fee 7 years after our last last invoice !! !! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM IT WILL COST YOU EVEN IF IT IS 7 YEARS LATER !!
