I feel that less than minimum effort is made to validate invoices. I feel I have to call and intervene to often to see why the pay out is not happening. If I’m doing something wrong I should receive a call on the issue so that it could be fixed. If I was a customer that was strapped for cash, I would not be happy with the service.

Ernest - We're sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating delays and a lack of communication can be. We know how important timely funding is to your business, and providing clear, proactive support is something we take seriously. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and encourage you to reach out to our team directly so we can review the issues you've experienced and work toward a resolution.
