I never placed an order... I called and inquired about a few pieces the woman who answered was rude and rushed me off the phone. I was going to place a decent size order however, after the horrible customer service I received over the phone I decided against it. Word to the wise they have many of the same pieces or comparable pieces on Wayfair.com ;) I will mention, the lights are really neat and original!!!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! We apologize that you were not greeted properly on the phone. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us and we value your input! If you haven't finalized your decision we can assure you that we will provide you with our undivided attention and assist with the entire order process. Our lighting is one of our most unique and sought after category of products and we are glad that you liked them as well. Though you may see some products on Wayfair that look similar to ours we can assure you that our quality standards are extremely high and you can always reach a live person on the phone to assist, who as a rule, is very friendly and ready to help. Thank you again for your time and input.
