When I ordered the tennis bracelet they kept me informed every step of the process..They showed videos of the stones that would be used and what the finished product would look like..Great customer service!

I‘ve ordered a loose diamond with a unique cut (hexagon fire rose)and it looks awesome. I had it set into a ring by a local jeweller and it really must have been something different for him since he asked so many questions about it. We had the diamond checked and it is indeed real. My fiance loves it. The seller was responsive and answered my every question. The only problem was the time of the delivery. It was estimated to one week but it took a whole month to receive. Overall I‘m very happy with my purchase but I can not give 5 stars solely because of this reason.
