There was a surprise $49 charge to open my external drive that I was not prepared for. The quote was for $300 for my amount of data and was to be done in a 2 week period. In all, it took almost 5 weeks. I was given a reasonable explanation and I was in no hurry. Alex was able to retrieve all my data. I purchased a 1tb external drive from them and they transferred all my data to it. I was very pleased with the results and thought the price was excellent. A local business failed miserably at getting data off my daughter's hd and charged her $1000. Go to Outsource Data Recovery, they know what they are doing.

I had a whoops moment with my laptop. Dumb me did not have it backed up. Lessons learned. Sigh. Fortunately, I found OutsourceDataRecovery. They recovered a surprisingly huge amount of my files, photos, etc. and, sent it back to me on an external HDD, which I should of had in the first place. It cost me less than I was expecting, and I received more than I expected. Can't beat that, huh? Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but I would use them again and recommend without hesitation.

Had to send my HDD back for a repair but when returned it wouldn't power up. Sent it back again and this time it worked perfect. If it had worked right on the first try I would give 5 stars. I wil say their communicatons were excellent.

I was a bit reluctant to believe the "fix any drive for $60" claim but they did just that. I was able to recover the data from my drive before it crashed permanently. A lot of things aren't worth saving for the high cost of data recovery, but for being able to recover my old school files and music $60 (+shipping) was well worth it. Would recommend to a friend, and will use them again though I hope I never need to!

Your service was awesome. Unfortunately, our software prevents using a second dongle and upon using it it was deactivated. Had I called you first I would have saved us $300.00
