Your costs, for both "storage" and the fees charged in order to take possession of actual silver are outrageous.

Thanks for the review Gary. In most cases if you compare apples to apples, we are very competitive with regard to pricing. The convenience of being able to automatically accumulate silver in your account is what makes us different. In addition, if it has been some time since you have taken delivery you may want to look again. Our exchange costs are much lower than they were a year ago. They are always reflective of the wholesale market, which fluctuates beyond our control.
