Excellent service and response from inquiries I made. Thanks

Great service& great support from your people.

I recently had an issue with my portable pulse oxygen device so I called your service department over the weekend. They were great. I ended up having to send it to your Glendale facility for a look. I also want to say that Graham in your Denver CO ofiice has been great to work with as well.

Very good customer service. Personal attention. Great advice. Great followup care.

I was told the delivery would be overnight and it wasn't. No one called or emailed me that it would be delayed a day. This was a problem for me. I had a doctor's appt. on the day it was to be delivered. We live in the county so we don't go to town that often.

It did as expected

Excellent products and service!

The customer service is exemplary
